How to transfer between CSU and UC?

I recently got accepted into CSU Los Angeles. However it was my back up school since UC Irvine didn't accept me. I was wondering how I can transfer to UC Irvine (preferably) from CSULA? Does CSULA have any transfer agreements and what is the transfer rate between CSU to UC? Thanks!
