Put these things in order of importance according to the military?
This is a very vague question. Most infantry pack depending on the METT-T factors, which stands for mission, enemy, terrain and weather, troops and support available, time available. You only gave the enemy (no disposition or strength, only presence of said enemy) and time. The equipment can vary greatly depending on the mission. I've known scouts who have gone out virtually unarmed just to keep their load light as they only had to observe enemy movement from a distance. Terrain and weather also alter the planning considerations. If you are in a temperate climate with no inclement weather, you don't need to worry about cold or wet weather gear, etc. If you are, however, in a challenging environment, these items may be necessary for survival and to complete the mission.
