When do you feel, your mental serenity is finished or "kaputt" ?

today clo...my boss is being a jerk and kissing my azz all at the same time I LOVE my job but really want a new one. The pay sucks and they make up new rules everyday Im going to friggin loose my cool if I dont give my notice SOON
