What are the likely question an H R Manager could ask an aspiring manager(who has4 a long time b in tech line

I have been in technical line for a long time(for6yrs), then occupy a manageral level (in a particular field -not of the whole coy)for 2yrs in the same company before entering a new company that redesignated me as a supervisor in the same operational field now for three years.Now the company had just offered an appointment to a new HRManager-whom we were told is very good in HR works,the manager wants to interview all of us that are interested in managerial post (quote wants to know our background and potentials etc,To know us, to place us in the right place unquote-)may be in the same section or another section,please, what are the likely question that could be asked and how do i pose and answer all the questions to give me a better position in the coy.how should my contenance look like to give an impression of self confidence,trust,humility ,integrity etc
