Does this sound copywritten?

Some on clical section said this song, that I actually made up ...is a rip off of 'moonlight' sonata..and it sounds absolutely..NOTHING like it. I don't get pissed off at constructive critisizm..but when someone trys to claim my music is a sham forgery it really pisses me off. I actually did write this song..note for note in my own head.
