Flext 35 on T Mobile. How does it work exactly?

Hi - Hope your ok? My name is Daniel, part of the T-Mobile UK Customer Services. As from the previous comments made your allowance is only for UK calls which are 01, 02, 03 & 07 and texts. There are certain mobile numbers that T-Mobile have became aware of that are not mobile numbers but used to fool our customers in to thinking they are but they are charged out the allowance (Adtrader use these). Your allowance also includes picture messages. A quick pc of advise when sending a text if its over the 160 letters then make it a picture message but just use text and you can have upto 3000 letters for 0.20pence inculded in your allowance. In terms of your bills being higher you most be spending over your allowance with calls that are not in the allowance. You can check a FREE list of all calls made by visting www.t-mobile.co.uk and going on myt-mobile or give the customer service team a call on 150 from any T-Mobile UK handset Monday - Sunday 0700 till 2200.
