Fuji / Olympus XD Picture Memory Cards - Type M or H ?

Can anyone tell me the difference between the Type M and Type H cards? Please state which each type is best for, e.g. high resolution photography, stills / objects that are moving, video clips, outdoor / indoor use, etc. Thanks
