How to speak with a Dutch accent?

I was recently cast in a play and would like to play the character of Van Helsing as faithfully as possible. In order to do so, I need to learn to speak with as good of a Dutch accent as I can manage in two weeks. A rudimentary explanation of how a Dutch accent sounds would suffice. Thank you in advance!
