Is it time for humanity's end?

If given the opportunity would you be able to begin the extinction of the human species? Would you be able to release an epidemic with a 99% kill rate? Could you push that shiny red on that would make life on this planet inhospitable to humans? I personally would do it without a second thought. I have grown very tired of humanity in its present incarnation. Who am I to judge you might ask? I am just one of you. I am just a powerless plebeian just like you. I, unlike you, have spent quite some time watching and evaluating humanity with as much objectivity as I can. Our species has managed to perform some very interesting tricks, computers, philosophy, art, and walking upright, but our path to this knowledge is fraught with blood, destruction and despair. At our very best we are still at our worst. I dream of a world without humans. A world devoid of concepts such as time, money, and status. I dream a world freed from the treacherous hands of humanity. We spread across this planet like a virus leaving only destruction in our wake. Is it time for this once peaceful blue green world to know that peace once again? Is it time for humanity's end?
