Toilet not flushing properly?

do you have kids? they could of put something in the toilet. i would first try a plunger pushing the plunger down all the way and lifting back up quickly to see if you can suck what might be in there back out. if that doesn't work you can rent or buy a toilet auger this isn't all that expensive and can snake out about 8 feet of the drain without removing the toilet
