there are many ways to help this problem if you don't mind punishing your dog: when she pees right when she does it pull her to the "spot" and put her nose where she can get a smell of what she has done and say "NO" in an firm voice and give her a little tap on the nose where she looks at you and then say no again. for the poop you can do the same thing but just make sure you lett her out for atleast an hour. one of my dogs will not poop if you are watching him. i think it because he's focused on me being there.
