Wondering if I should be worried?

I ovualted 4 days ago and it was confirmed by a temp spike and a positive opk. For the past 3 days if had off and on light shooting pains in my left side right where I believe my ovary is. It's been suggested to me that its a cyst but I think its kind of a conicidence that it started up right after ovulation. Can the corpeus luteum cyst feel like that? I havent noticed this much pains before after I ovulate cept the random cramping that I get. If I had to descibe that pain I'd say it feels exactly like the pain I get when I'm ovulating. Any ideas? Should I wait for a few more days and see if I'm pregnant or should I make an appt.?
