Without getting too technical in the details, it sounds like you have sort of phone "rootkit", to use the term very loosely. In getting the parental controls, they have locked you out of the phone more or less permanently and it's better to just buy a new phone and start from scratch. Be more careful with your handheld device next time. Sorry!
