Is Anxiety really the culprit? Need Help..?

I have a multitude of symptoms that several of my doctors CLAIM to be Anxiety related but based off the research I have been conducting it does not match. Most of my research consists of online health forums and interviewing others with similar symptoms. I am going to start with the first and the very worst and consistent of all my symptoms and that is extreme, sometimes throbbing, head pressure. Please try to understand how severe this pressure is, as if my head is a balloon so inflated that its on the verge of bursting. This pressure also comes from my eyes, forehead, nose, cheeks, teeth, temples, neck, and ears. This pressure at times evolves into a full blown headache which is also pretty severe. This symptoms is present daily 3/4th of the day with very little if no relief. The second two worst symptoms are dizziness and nausea. Self explanatory, I can't function when I feel like I am going to vomit and fall off this Earth at the same time. These symptoms come and go several times a week. Third, is severe fatigue, physically and mentally. I cannot concentrate nor think. I am exhausted even if I get a full nights rest. I am practically a walking zombie most of the day. This symptom is also present on and off several times a week. I very rarely get anxiety and if I do it is only because of my poor declining health. I am a 19 (about to be 20) year old male who feels as if he is older than the Earth itself. I am not taking any medication nor am I planning on it until I figure out what the hell is wrong with me. My insurance is garbage so it takes over a month see my doctor. I am starting to plummet into a very deep and dark depression. I am hoping someone here can relate to what is going on with me. Thank you in advance and hope no one here has to suffer as much as I do.

So right now I'm dating this guy who has never been in a relationship before until me (he's 19, we're the same age). My Mother would sew with me. Some of my fondest memories of her were the times we spent sewing together. What prescription can help decrease SEVERE anxiety before shots / bloodwork ?

I nevous aroudn sharp things. For the dentist I take 2 0.5 mg of lorazepam before a cleaning or filling. For shots in my arm I need more that that. I will take 2 1mg pills of lorazepam prior to the shot. I took 2 of the 1 mgs before i was supposed to hav blood taken today to calm me. It didnt work. I need something more potent as my fear is deep seeded (b/c of a medical procedure at 4... almost 18 years ago.) I've tried visualizations and self talk, but I need drugs to help me do this. Please no smart mouthing as I go tomorrow to have my blood taken (I was supposed to go today but chickened out even with 2 1mg pills in my systerm). Red Line on skin after surgery....what could it be?

my friend broke her ankle. she had to have titanium plates, and screws "installed" Her body is rejecting them,and the screws are coming out. She is in a lot of pain and complaining of a red line going across her foot. Is that a possible allergic reaction? any other things it could be? Her foot is also incredibly itchy. She has had the screws in, since later August. about 4mos. Dr. wants her to keep the hardware in for 4-6 more months. But you can feel the screws against her skin. This is a very vague question. Most infantry pack depending on the METT-T factors, which stands for mission, enemy, terrain and weather, troops and support available, time available. You only gave the enemy (no disposition or strength, only presence of said enemy) and time. The equipment can vary greatly depending on the mission. I've known scouts who have gone out virtually unarmed just to keep their load light as they only had to observe enemy movement from a distance. Terrain and weather also alter the planning considerations. If you are in a temperate climate with no inclement weather, you don't need to worry about cold or wet weather gear, etc. If you are, however, in a challenging environment, these items may be necessary for survival and to complete the mission.

It seems you're having problems because A) the lens cap is still on; or B) you don't know how to use your camera in manual mode (M). If you are not aware of the exposure scale, you can't just use manual mode. You can't just pick settings that seem like they might work, ignoring the light meter. You have to set the camera for the right exposure. To do this, you should read the owner's manual. It will tell you everything you need to know about using manual mode. (it would take me entirely too long to explain the light meter scale to you) Why are you using manual mode, anyway? There really isn't a need, considering there's A, S, P, and all the other moron modes you have to choose from. Here's a helpful hint for you: If you don't know what you're doing, leave the mode dial on the green box.

Should you ever tell your Psychiatrist what you THINK you have?

I think it depends on the psychiatrist, some don't like being told whilst others are open to the fact that you probably know yourself better than they do. I mentioned it to my psychiatrist but instead of telling him what i thought i had, i first asked him what he thought and then brought it up. He didn't rule it out and in his report he mentioned it as a possibility. However whatever your diagnosis it may change later on anyway, i've had several labels put on me but my current psychiatrist won't give me a diagnosis at all as she says 'given my age' and i'm 22. As long as your getting the appropriate treatment the diagnosis itself isn't all that important.

Why does my shutter speed vary between Program and AV mode with the same Aperture?

I may have overlooked something here. When I am trying to shoot low light with my SLR with a flash, I get a much slower shutter speed when using AV mode instead of P mode. I understand ISO, Aperture, and Shutter speed make up exposure. In both instances, the camera was set to ISO 1600 and the Aperture Value was at F/2.8. The same shot was used. P mode gave me a shutter of 1/60 and AV 1/5. What am I missing here as to the effect of the flash in AV mode versus Program?

Rolled my ankle while carrying my 3 year old today. Hurt pretty bad, but toughed it out. Later in the day was in a gym on the bleachers and when I stepped off about 1 foot down the pain came and I started limping and the pain increased with every step. Now it's extremely swollen and I can't even sit on the couch with my feet on the floor without it hurting. I'm borrowing my brothers crutches for the time being. I, like one of the other users on the site, do not want to sit in the emergency room for a long while with the kids. I'm not sure what to do. Guess if pain and swelling stays, I'll be on my way to the doctor. So...broken or sprained??

Car starts most of the time but doesn't sometimes.?

I have a 97 maxima. At times when I try to start it it will do nothing. The dash lights, radio and everything works but the starter will not turn over. I have replaced the starter and ignition switch and cleaned all the ground wires but I still have the same intermittent problem. If I wait 15 or 20 minutes it will fire right up and, I know this sounds weird, if i roll it a few feet or rock it back and forth in park it seems to start. I am at a loss here. It might start 10 times in a row but it only takes one inopportune time to really be frustrating. Any help would be appreciated.

Falsification of legal doents- how to expunge?

i have about 80 parakeets in a very large avairy, they have sometimes eaten other dead birds.when this happens there is usually a few birds doing it but this sounds like a rat has gotten in the cage.I have lost birds this way before and once all that was left was a birds face.check for any opening as they dont need much of a hole to get in.In my case it was a tiny gap where the wire on the floor had come off the frame.I have always had rats around the cage so i always have rat baits under the cages.

Why most people don't know the difference between market research and telemarketing or soliciting?

I am doing telephone surveys and when I explain that I work for a market research firm, the majority of the respondents tell me that they are in the "Do not Call list" (which aplys ONLY to telemarketers and solicitors) or they say that they are not interested in buying anything, and they hang up, and they lose the chance of expressing their opinions about an specific subject and making their opinions count.

There are 6 years between my first two and the gap was a little hard on my oldest. She went from being a princess with every ones undivided attention all to herself to being an older sibling to an adorable and colicky baby who needed a lot of attention. I got pregnant with my third while I was still nursing number two and they are 17 months apart. I thought this would mean that they would be close. The problems I faced were many. The were competitors most of the time once they became older and unfortunately one was gifted and the other was like a newborn colt, so that didn't go well. The worst of it? When they were young and needed a lot of my time and attention I felt constantly pulled in two different directions and like I wasn't able to have quality time with either one. It still makes me sad. As a mother of 6 I recommend 3 years between children, but that's just my experience.

I've had a black moor in a tank by itself for about 4 months now, and today i got another goldfish (it's a white one if that makes a difference) and i don't know if its okay for me to put the two together. when i bought the black moor it was in a tank with several other goldfish, but after living alone for several months, i don't want it to think the other goldfish is food. the black moor is about 3 inches long and the new goldfish is about an inch, so they are of very different sizes.

It all depends on the people. My aunt was with her husband for 7 years before he proposed. I think he wanted to wait until he got out of college and got a good job so he could give her everything perfectly. she didn't mind waiting. But it all depends on how long you are willing to wait.

Homemade sodium acetate?

ok, so earlier I tried to make some sodium acetate with baking soda and white vinegar, I mixed the vinegar and baking soda until the bubbling and everything, then I put the mixture in the microwave for an even amount 5 mins 3 times, then 1 min. interval until the solution was about 1/10th, was able to blow on it and it started to crystalize, when it started drying it looked just like long crystals no "lump" or powder. Dried it out more with coffee filters, and in the end looked like all crystals. I tried putting some in water and all it did was sink to the bottom, no freezing or anything. So anybody know what I did wrong? I didn't really measure anything out. Want to make this stuff at home, so can anybody tell me how to really make this, or at least what I did wrong.

Ped up for a promotion?

I was hired in an entry level position the same time as many of my co-workers, and I was one of the few, if any, in the same cl that did not get promoted to the "next level" up. How long until I notice the effects of running on my legs and abs?

ok so i started running couple weeks back. so far all I've done is a 5 mile to start followed by a 4 and 2 lots of 7 miles. these are spread over a 2 week period.I'm gonna up it this week a 7, a 5 and a 3 each week. I'm not particularly keen on doing more than this as I'm a bit apprehensive about potential damage to my knees. I'm already slim and want to try to maintain my weight so have added protein shakes to my diet for extra calories. I was wondering how long its likely to be before I see a visible improvement in my leg muscles. I am slim but I build muscle quite easily. I already use weights on my uper body but as I don't like doing squats and lunges etc I thought id try running. I'm amazed at how easy I found my 7 mile yesterday to when I ran it over a week ago so I have noticed a change already with regards to my endurance.

Okay Im going to try to summirize this, but its a a long story, Im going to try to make it as short as possible. This guy talked to me becuse he liked me, back then I was apathetic and oblivious to guys.He court me for a long time so I decided to give him a chance and let him be my friend first; however there's a twist to the story, he introduced me to this other guy who I wasn't interested in at first. But then I got to know him personally, and realize we had a similar past and we liked each other.I met his brother not literally but they grew up together and are link by family, so might as well call him his brother.I talk to him a lot and practically became really close friends.He told me he thought his brother liked me back. I didn't know he liked me back so when he told me this, I was suprised; he doesnt usually likes that many girls, or shows that he has interest in them. but we just didn't tell each other that, plus his friend liked me so it was better not to. Somehow people found out that I liked him so I ended up telling him, he told me he liked me back but didn't want a relationship, so I was dissapointed and told him I was going to give his friend a chance. Because he knew about us liking each other and he was a nice guy. The guy that I liked me told me he didnt care and if that he made me happy then i should give him a chance. I went out with his friend but didnt end up well. the guy i liked, liked this other girl obvously more than he liked me becuase he actually wanted a realtionship with her, this made me upset but I wanted him to be happy so I end up helping him out getting the girl (she had a boyfriend at the time but he treated pretty bad so i encourage her to brake up with him and go out the guy i liked). He knew this and end up thanking me I said no problem even though it hurt to see them together. They went out before I went out with his friend. But it didn't matter is like we both went to different people because of other people. In the end it end up badly for both of us. He started being really crud to me at this point I still talked to his brother a lot, so he told me the things he said about me. In the end there was a lot of drama and we ended up thinking we hated each other, we didnt talk to each other but we always end up crossing paths.Somehow there was always someone in his group of friend that ended up liking me and it just stayed that way for a while jumping from one of his friend to the other. In the end his brother ended up falling harcore in love with me. But i didnt feel the same way back then,to be honest i never stop liking his brother thats why i couldnt feel the same about him,he was more like a close friend but i couldnt bring myself to confess how i felt about his brother.ironically he was more like a brother to me lol.Me and the guy who I liked acted pretty mean whenever the other was mention I know this because of what his brother told me, about the weird realtionship we had becuase somehow, we always ended up talking to each other and having an argument in the end. we acted like we hated each other . I stopped talking to him but never his brother and well he knew he liked me so somwhow we stayed in contact because of his brother.
